Abstract
The results of micromagnetic modeling show that the phenomenon of thermal magnetization analogous to that observed in polycrystalline samples is also possible in a highly anisotropic Nd2Fe14B single crystal. In this case, the thermal magnetization is related to a transition of the single crystal from a metastable to stable state and can take place within a narrow interval of sample dimensions.
