Energy structure of non-hydrogen-like impurities in quantum wells without spin-orbit coupling

Abstract

Hole states localized at an acceptor in a quantum well formed of a semiconductor with cubic symmetry without spin-orbit coupling (the symmetry Γ15) are considered. It is shown that the triply degenerate level is split, and the energies of the levels are calculated as functions of the well width.
