Studying the Influence of the Crystal-Lattice Rotation of a Separate Interferometer Block on Strain-Field Redistribution in a Block Crystal

Abstract

The effect of small rotations of a Laue-interferometer block on the moiré pattern is studied as a function of the torque applied around the normal to the large surface of the analyzer block. The stress components are calculated as well. It is shown that increasing the torque moment leads first to a decrease in the moiré-band period and, once the torque moment reaches a certain value, their slope changes in the opposite direction, whereas periods enlarge with a further increase in the torque.
