Abstract

The effect of the conditions of galvanostatic anodizing of copper foil at fiber-glass plastic on growth kinetic parameters of Cu2O films is studied. It is shown that the anodic treatment current density in the sulfate-chloride electrolyte features a logarithmic dependence on the electric field strength in the anodic Cu2O film, which is probably caused by the presence of either a p-n-transition, or an inversion layer of electronic conductivity at the Cu/Cu2O interface. It is found that the dependence of the film thickness on the formation time at different current densities is nonlinear.
