Abstract
S.P. Korolev and M.V. Keldysh belong to the galaxy of outstanding scientists and creators of the main trends in scientific and technological progress of the 20th century. A new page in the history of human civilization is associated with their names—the beginning of the study and exploration of outer space. They made an invaluable contribution to the achievements of Russian cosmonautics and laid the foundations for its further development.
