Abstract

Sovereignty and desovereignization, the modern nation state, the subjectness of states, national interests, and security are various issues discussed in the article below. The author develops the provisions of the concept of real sovereignty, which he proposed a few years ago, primarily as applied to the interests of the Russian Federation.
