Abstract
In the opinion of the author of the article published below, the complex of problems prominently outlined by the current global economic crisis cannot be solved without a critical understanding of the existing theoretical views on the state, right, principles of state regulation, and conditions of social development. The natural social basics of right and power have not been duly considered and need reassessment.
