Abstract

This paper by RAS Corresponding Member V.P. Kozlov, devoted to publications of archival materials over the past 15 years, was heard at the session of the RAS Presidium on November 14, 2007. The paper sparked a lively discussion. Both the main theses of the paper and the discussion, in which famous specialists participated, are offered to the reader.
