Space problems of Earth remote sensing

Abstract

The Federal Space Agency has developed a draft Concept of the Federal Target Program for 2009-2015 aimed toward common use of space results in the interests of the socioeconomic development of the Russian Federation and its regions. Earth remote sensing data acquisition and use are considered.
