The thermodynamic properties of solid solutions of manganese and iron in silicon

Abstract

The thermodynamic properties of solid solutions of manganese and iron in silicon were estimated using the model of two sublattices. The possibility of using the values obtained in thermodynamic calculations was demonstrated.
