A microcalorimetric study of mercury(II) sorption on KU-2-8 sulfocationite

Abstract

The thermokinetic characteristics of the sorption of mercury(II) ions on KU-2-8 strongly acidic cationite from mercury acetate solutions was studied using microcalorimetry. The overall heat of sorption and its dependence on the degree of filling of the cationite were determined.
