Abstract
This study touches upon the disadvantages of the classical mathematical theory of plasticity used a basis to develop and investigate the processes of plastic deformation of metals. The previously proposed physico-mathematical theory of plasticity of metals is applied to consider the process of plastic structure formation of the 1570P alloy (Al-Mg-Sc) and demonstrate the applicability of this theory to formulating and solving boundary value problems of plasticity in the development of modern engineering devices.
