Abstract
A generator with a voltage inversion across storage capacitors and output pulse amplitude doubling at the load without increasing the number of stages and raising the supply voltage is described. IGBT transistors are used as switches. The special feature of the circuit design of the generator is the replacement of charging resistors by charging diodes and connection of the supply voltage through an inductor. Functional and experimental diagrams and measurement results are given.
