Abstract
A developed optical diagnostic module and a spectrometry technique in the vacuum-ultraviolet region using a source of synchrotron radiation—a Sibir-1 electron storage-are described. The results of experiments on determining the spectral absorption and reflection coefficients of polymeric materials in the short-wavelength spectral region at temperatures of 77 and 298 K in vacuum are presented.
