Abstract
A procedure for diagnosing flows of nonequilibrium rarefied plasma using cylindrical and flat calorimetric probes also connected as a Langmuir probe has been developed. It is shown that this procedure can be used to determine the full set of local values of the main kinetic parameters for the neutral and charged components of a collisionless plasma flow.
