Abstract
The recording system is based on an ADC board for IBM PC/AT compatible computers with a 1-GHz maximum sampling rate (лA-и1PCI, ZAO Rudnev-Shilyaev, Moscow). The primary processing and display of experimental data were carried out with the specially designed software. The procedure for measuring delay times in bench experimental conditions, the data processing algorithm, and the first experimental results are described. The data obtained when calibrating the device and measurement accuracy estimates are given.
