Abstract
The optical parameters of a nitrocellulose film have been studied. A method for measuring the absorption coefficient of a substance adsorbed by this film has been developed. An experimental prototype of a scanning reflectometer intended for determining the amount of substance precipitated on nitrocellulose replicas of gel electrophoresis patterns of complex protein mixtures has been created.
