  • Published:
Inorganic Materials Aims and scope

Abstract

Process of obtaining one-layer porous alumina etching mode in a strong field was investigated. Morphology of samples was determined at various stages of anodizing. Ordered arrangement of pores, nanowires and nanorods of aluminum oxide were shown within the one etching step.
