Modification of solid solutions of the NaNbO3-LiNbO3 system by different ions

Abstract

Solid solution ceramics of the NaNbO3-LiNbO3 systems modified by Ag, Cd, Cr, Fe, La, Ti, Si, Mn, V, U, and W ions inserted overstoichiometrically are obtained. The crystal structure and piezoelectric properties of the modified ceramics are studied. The properties of the systems modified stoichiometrically and overstoichiometrically are compared. The regularities in the changes in the properties of the (Na, Li)NbO solid solutions (SSs) under modification are corrected.
