Photoconductivity of coarse-grained CdTe polycrystals

Abstract

The photoconductivity spectra of textured coarse-grained CdTe polycrystals grown by low-temperature synthesis from deeply purified components are investigated. It is shown that photoconductivity is controlled by complexes of extended defects with segregated impurities.
