Abstract
Temperature dependences of the Hall coefficient R, electrical conductivity σ, and thermopower α0 are investigated in the range of 4–300 K. The specific features observed in temperature dependences R(T), σ(T), and α0(T) are interpreted in the context of a model with two types of charge carriers.
