Abstract
The transition of a semiconductor to a superconducting state leads to a decrease in the thermionic current in the metal-superconducting semiconductor junction in the range of voltages close to the potential barrier height. Changes in the current-voltage characteristic are determined by the temperature and the energy gap parameter of the superconductor.
