Control of the spectral characteristics of organic dye molecules adsorbed in porous glass by preliminary chemical modification of the pore surface

Abstract

The electron spectra of organic dye molecules adsorbed in silicate porous glass were modified by preliminary chemical hydrophobization of the pore surface. A comparative study was made of the absorption spectra of various laser dyes introduced in modified and initial unmodified porous glasses.
