Abstract
The radical recombination luminescence of phosphor crystals in strong atomic fluxes was investigated. An initial emission intensity peak was observed whose amplitude depends on the magnitude of the atomic flux, the phosphor crystal temperature, and the interval between switching the atomic source off and on.
