Abstract
A SPONTANEOUS mutation has appeared in the thirty-first generation of a sib-mated control line in a radiation genetics programme being carried out at this laboratory. This mutation affects the hair coat and produces a hairless condition (Fig. 1) which appears intermittently in mutant mice. This communication provides a brief account of the mutation.
