Abstract
THE splenic uptake of intravenously introduced sheep erythrocyte stroma in mice is increased if certain finely divided agents (carbon, trypan blue, saccharated iron oxide, thorotrast, polystyrene latex) are injected by the same route simultaneously or before the administration of the stroma1. It seemed of interest to investigate whether the distribution of endotoxin in organs was altered in similar conditions.
