Abstract
WE wish to report here the presence of two distinct peptides with corticotrophin-releasing factor activity in hog posterior pituitary extracts. All the separation methods as well as the bioassays for corticotrophin-releasing factor, adrenocorticotrophic hormone, vasopressin and melanocyte stimulating hormone have been described previously1–6.
