Estimation of the Electron Concentration, Diffusion Constant, and Mobility from Probe Current-Voltage Characteristics

Abstract

The possibility of the simplest method of processing of the current-voltage characteristic of a Langmuir probe immersed in a non-Maxwellian plasma for finding the electron concentration, diffusion constant, and mobility is examined.
