Substantiation of a Procedure for Determining the Amount of Energy Carrier when Balancing Suppliers–Customers Systems with Complex Structural Links

Abstract

A procedure is given for processing the results of measurements of the quantity of product transferred from suppliers to consumers. A way of estimating the true values of the quantities and balancing supply and consumption is found, using multivariate statistic analysis and robust data processing.
