Birth of a Closed Universe of Negative Spatial Curvature

Abstract

We propose a modified form of the spontaneousbirth of the universe by quantum tunneling. It proceedsthrough topology change and inflation, to eventuallybecome a universe with closed spatial sections of negative spatial curvature and nontrivialglobal topology.
