A Laser with Adjustable Pulse Duration Based on a Commercial ГOC-301 Laser

Abstract

The optical circuit and power source of a ГOC-301 laser were modified so that the laser is capable of generating quasi-continuous (modulation depth of <30%) light pulses with a variable duration of 0.5 to 10 ms and a uniform intensity distribution over the beam cross section.
