Specific Features of Porous Silicon Synthesis in Aqueous-Alcoholic Solutions

Abstract

The uniformity of growth of porous silicon layers, electrochemical parameters of their synthesis, surface resistance, and morphology of porous structure in aqueous and aqueous-alcoholic electrolytes (H2O-C n H2n+1OH, n = 1, 3-5) was studied.
