Samarium Dithiocarbamates as Precursors for Deposition of SmS Films

Abstract

Samarium dithiocarbamate complexes dtc3Sm and their adducts dtc3SmL were prepared, studied, and used as precursors for deposition of SmS films. The influence of the composition and structure of the complexes on the properties of the SmS films was examined.
