Abstract
Algorithms for the suppression of noise and detection of a pulse signal in both time and spectral areas stipulate the use of an analog-to-digital converter with a high resolution, allowing us to cover the dynamic range the signal and noise. The system operation is demonstrated by the example of recording natural electromagnetic signals excited in a space between the Earth and ionosphere in urban conditions in the extremely low frequency range (Schumann resonances).
