Abstract
IAA-oxidase from peroxidase of cotton leaves was identified and isolated. It was shown that IAA-oxidase is bound with 3=H-IAA with Kd2x10-6 M. The binding is reversible, saturated, and inhibited by naphthylacetic acid and benzidine.
