Abstract
A new way to utilize polychlorobiphenyls was suggested: transformation of Sovol base hydrolysis products into glycidyl ethers and titanates. The resulting products were tested as components of epoxy compounds which are subsequently cured to obtain three-dimensional polymer networks.
