  • Published:
Measurement Techniques Aims and scope

A fluorescence-interference microscope has been tested as a development of a computerized microinterferometer based on an MII-4 microscope. Software has been written for the joint processing of the fluorescent and phase images, whose comparison provides valuable information on drug transport within cells.
