Abstract
The measurement of small dielectric losses using a cylindrical H 01p cavity resonator is considered. It is shown that existing standard methods of measuring tanδ give values that are too high (State Standard GOST 27496.2-87 (MEK 377-2-77)) or too low (State Standard GOST 8.544-86) due to the approximations used in them. More accurate formulas are obtained.
