Formation of Metal Powder in Spark Dispersion of Aluminum

Abstract

The effect of additives introduced into the working solution on the behavior of dispersed aluminum particles formed in spark erosion was studied. The conditions under which products of a given composition are formed were determined on the basis of thermodynamic and kinetic factors.
