Abstract
Protecting the environment from pollution by harmful industrial emissions is a global problem whose solution involves creating environmentally clean plants. Not only fundamental changes in the technology but also the development of new and reconstruction of existing units [1] based on modern methods of systems analysis are required for creating such plants.
