Effect of Propylamine Vapor on the Electrical Conductivity of Polycrystalline As4S3 Films

Abstract

The microstructure of thin As4S3 films and the effect of propylamine vapor on the electrical conductivity of Al/As4S3 /Al structures were studied. The propylamine adsorption–desorption processes were found to produce reversible changes in the conductivity of the structures.
