Abstract
An investigation of the 37Cl(n,γ) 38Clreactions in mixtures of CCl 4with sec-propyl, sec-butyl and tertiarybutyl alcohol shows that the results obtained depend on the tendency of breakingup of the -COH group into CO and H.
