Abstract

A viscometric study was made of the polymorphous transformation of micelles in an aqueous solution of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide in the presence of NaBr and sodium methylbenzenesulfonate. The effects of temperature and nature and concentration of additives on the second critical micelle concentration were studied. The thermodynamic characteristics of the micellar transition are estimated.
