Abstract
The results of studies on the hierarchic structure of amorphous tellurium–germanium alloys are presented. The fast cooling curves for the melts, reflecting real-time formation of structural levels and the structure of ordered films obtained from the noncrystalline substance are analyzed. The structural parameters of the nonequilibrium states are calculated on the basis of the suggested dynamic model.
