Abstract

A prism image splitter providing simultaneous recording of two spectrally separated images using a single CCD camera is described. The image distortions produced by the prism image splitter and methods for their correction are discussed. The application of the prism image splitter to the measurement of the pressure on the bodies of aircraft models in wind tunnels using two-color luminescent sensors is described.
