Abstract
A high-voltage nanosecond-pulse shaper based on microcircuits and high-power MOS transistors is described. The output pulse amplitude is 5 to 300 V; at a 50-Ω load, pulse duration is 100 ns; pulse rise time is 5 ns; pulse-repetition period in a packet is 100 μs; packet duration is 10 ms, and packet-repetition period is 100 ms.
