It should read:

In the Results section, the following sentences were corrected:
- “Remarkably, only 5% of the patients had chronic respiratory disease as a single disorder, whereas dyspnea, which is one of the symptoms of patients with CRF, was reported for 3% of patients” has been corrected to “Remarkably, only 5% of the patients had chronic respiratory disease as a single disorder, whereas dyspnea, which is one of the symptoms of patients with CRF, was reported for 4% of patients.”

In table S9 (supplementary material), the relative risk value for “ER without hospitalization” has been corrected from “1.08 (1.06–1.10)” to “0.87 (0.85–0.89).”
