Welcome to the third issue of Medical Science Educator of 2020. This issue features 43 new manuscripts reporting on medical education, which I hope will be of interest to you. Among those you will find a few articles focusing on the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on our teaching.

As a community of health sciences educators, we look back on a very successful virtual IAMSE conference. Although we could not meet each other in person this year, an overwhelming number of members and non-members took the opportunity to join the event and to share their work as a virtual poster or online oral presentation. The Editorial Board successfully delivered two online reviewer workshops replacing the traditional pre-conference workshops to train our reviewers. And I also had the honor to virtually hand out the Outstanding Reviewer Award 2020 to Michael W. Bradbury, PhD (ATSU-KCOM), for his outstanding peer review efforts over the past year.

The Editorial Board is very pleased with the increasing interest for Medical Science Educator, the increasing number of submissions, and the large number of new reviewers who applied to offer their services. If you are an IAMSE member and also want to join our reviewer team to assist in this important endeavor, please let us know as we highly appreciate your help!

I hope you will enjoy this issue and that you will continue supporting Medical Science Educator both as a reader and as an author of your own scholarly work for the benefit of our work and the work of others!
