Frau B. (28 Jahre alt) stellt sich erstmals in der hausärztlichen Praxis vor. Grund dafür ist eine zunehmende Behaarung, vor allem im Gesicht (Abb. 1) und am Bauch, sowie eine Verschlechterung der vorbestehenden Akne. Da sich die Patientin dadurch psychisch belastet fühlt, bittet sie um eine Abklärung und Therapievorschläge.
