Das Cubitaltunnelsyndrom ist das zweithäufigste Kompressionssyndrom eines peripheren Nervs. Es entsteht durch eine Kompression des N. ulnaris am Ellenbogen. Der Patient gibt in der Regel ein Taubheitsgefühl und Parästhesien der ulnaren eineinhalb Finger und der ulnaren Handkante an, die nachts zunehmen. Im weiteren Verlauf kommt es zu Kraftlosigkeit und Funktionseinbußen der Hand bis hin zur Krallenstellung des 4. und 5. Fingers.
